Delivery Information
 
  • SPORTARENA delivery range is worldwide. Even if you live in most remote part of Greece or the world, our courier company will transfer your package to your place or a place very close to it and arrange the delivery with you.

  • Every order sent shall be charged shipping costs, which cover transportation costs. Shipping cost to Greece is 4.90 euros, while the cost of delivery overseas is 19.90 euros (Cyprus delivery flat shipping cost is 9.90 euros).


    Shipping cost is currently standard, no matter how many products you include in your order (excluding orders with significantly large or heavy items).

    All packages are delivered personally by a courier to your address.

  • Every order is checked for availability and prepared during weekdays. Since all products are available, it is expected to be prepared and shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

    From the time of dispatch, the package should be in your hands within 1-2 working days (3-4 for outside Greece).

  • The usual hours of delivery by the courier are from 10.00 to 18.00. If you would like to have your package delivered in other timeframe (allow a timeframe of three hours), please fill this requirement in the comments box, when checking out your order, or let our representatives know if you place a phone order.

  • Sure. Please put another recipient and delivery address than your own in the order details. If you choose cash on delivery payment, it is your obligation to inform the recipient that a package will be delivered to him and cash will be required.

  • Should the courier cannot find you, he will leave a printed notification at your order or send you a sms or automatically reschedule the delivery for the next day. If you already know that you will not be at the delivery address at the expected time of delivery, please contact the courier service (details found in the dispatch notification email) and make arrangements for the desired delivery time. Please do not leave the courier service uninformed of your absence, as the package will be sent back to us if the delivery is unsuccessful and you will have to be charged with extra shipping costs for sending out your order again.

  • If the courier company does not find you to deliver your package after repeated attempts, the package will be returned to SPORTARENA. Since the return of the package will cost you the shipping costs again, we strongly suggest that you are consistent with the delivery, to avoid unnecessary costs.

  • Our business operates online and there is no option for order pick-ups. All orders are sent out by courier and with guaranteed delivery.
