How to order I have a match jersey in my possession. Can I send it to you for printing it? If you already have a match jersey or a relevant product and you would like to have it printed with your selection, feel free to send it to Sportarena and we will do our best to prepare as wished. The related costs are the printing cost, handling fee (€10) and shipping cost to you. For more information on the availability of the printing you would like to have and the process, please contact us through our contact form or give us a call at +30 210 677 3366. Important: If the product has been purchased from Sportarena, you will not have to pay for the handling fee at all! Just let us know of the order number that your purchase of this item appears. Can I place my order and come and pick it up from your premises? Our business operates online and there is no option for order pick-ups. All orders are sent out by courier and with guaranteed delivery. How can I pay for my order? There are two ways to order products SPORTARENA: through the site www.sportarena.gr over the telephone at +30 210 6773366 How can I be informed of the progress of my order? If you have registered as a customer, you can access your account and click ‘Orders’. Then you can see the list your orders and their current status (eg pending, sent). Alternatively, you can call us on +30 210 6773366. For quicker assistance, you should give us the order number given to you by email or by our representative (please ask for this number as soon as you make your telephone order). How do I see my order history? You can see it only if you register as a customer and orders you choose to log into your account, instead of selecting "Quick Order". You can register and view the following your orders through the following link: Login Can I place an order and have the parcel by a person other than myself? Yes. During the ordering process you can choose another recipient and delivery address than your own. If you choose payment method on delivery, it is your obligation to inform the recipient that an order from Sportarena will be delivered and that payment of cash is necessary at the time of delivery. How do I send an order as a gift to a friend of mine? You can place your order and provide a different recipient (and his address details), only if you select any form of payment except cash on delivery. In this case, you can make your gift options for the product you want to give out (wrap, gift bag). If the product I ordered does not fit me, what should I do? It is possible to replace any product purchased from SPORTARENA within 14 days, provided it has not been personalized, i.e. if it was not printed in the case of football shirts. Otherwise, you can return it back to us and replace it with another of better fitted size (charging you only the shipping cost for shipping the replacement back to you). Should you like to proceed with a product return, it is necessary that you contact us in prior and receive our approval. We strongly recommend that you contact us before placing your order, if you have doubts for the size you should select. When will I receive my order? Every order is checked for availability and prepared during weekdays. Since all products are available, it is expected to be prepared and shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). From the time of dispatch, the package should be in your hands within 1-2 working days (3-4 for outside Greece). I would like to come and see your products in person and perhaps check how they fit on me. Where can I come? Our business operates online and there is no retail store found in our address for viewing and testing our products. You can view all available products online on www.sportarena.gr. You can change the sizes of the products you have ordered or additions to your order if it has not been prepared for shipment. How can I do this? You can make modifications to your order or cancel it, all or part of, if not prepared for shipment.
